Otherwise it resloves to NO (Note: on November 22, 2024 if BTC price > 101,000 USDT at some point of time before 10:01am UTC time, however, at 10:01am UTC time (sharp) the BTC price <= 101,000 USDT, then this market is resolved to NO)
